Right of Publicity

We do not take any responsibility at all for any violation of the right of publicity of the applicants for this campaign contest. In the case of when consent by a third party is required to apply for this campaign, be sure to get such consent prior to application. In the event of conflicts encountered with the third party on photographs already submitted, it is the responsibility of the applicant to resolve the conflict, and shall not bring any trouble to the host, the campaign office, and other applicants.

Rework of the Photographs

The photographs used for application, for which the host and the campaign office have determined to be heavily modified, specially processed, and/or synthesized by an imaging software, etc., will not be assessed in some cases. Note that the host and the campaign office allow the applicants to make modification and/or trimming on the photographs, only to a certain degree, provided that the original composition of the photograph does not change.

Copyright/Licensing

The photographs for application are limited to those, for which all the copyright and other rights belong to the applicants concerned at the time of application. The applicants for this campaign are limited to those, who have submitted their written consents to the requirements for application and the prescriptions for application, and who are the said owners of copyright of the photographs or have gained agreement with the owners of copyright. Any application with a different person's name shall be disqualified.

The license for the photographs for applications shall be given to the host. The host may use the photographs, for the purpose of promotions and advertisements, in various media such as TV, newspapers, magazines, and the internet/social networking services, and printed works such as photograph portfolios, photograph exhibitions, etc. In addition, the photographs (and their titles) for application submitted via the internet may be used partially, whether or not the applicants have been elected as interviewers, on the campaign site and the host's website. In such an event, an unspecified large number of individuals, who have visited these sites, may post these photographs on social networking sites such as Facebook.

Duplicate Application

An application duplicated with any other contest or photographs that have been elected in any other contests are invalid. You will not be allowed to apply for this campaign. Even if the photograph for application has been elected, the election will be disqualified when the host and/or the campaign office determines it to be a duplicate application.

Private Information/Photographs for Application

The host and the campaign office shall thoroughly delete and discard the photographs and private information submitted for application upon the completion of the contest. The submitted photographs will not be returned back to you.

Other

- This contest shall be exclusively managed by the host and the campaign office. The host and the campaign office shall be able to modify the terms and conditions if needed, and take all the measures required to ensure proper management of the contest.

- The applicants shall obey the campaign management method to apply for the contest and shall not make any objection against the management method.

- The host and the campaign office shall not be responsible at all for all the harm and damage caused by the use of the campaign site of this contest.

- We handle the submitted photographs carefully, but in the event of accidents, we will bear no responsibility.

- The applicants shall be responsible for all the expenses imposed by application such as costs for mailing, interconnection fee, communication fee, etc.

- You, the elected interviewers, shall be responsible for traffic expenses required to travel between your home and your airport.

- Be sure to purchase travel insurance prior to departure.

- The interviewers are limited to those having valid passports with no issue with the schedule of the tour in Japan.

- The interviewers shall be responsible for meal charges and traffic expenses in Japan.
